Polityka zwrotów i rezygnacji z udziału w warsztatach

Niniejsza polityka dotyczy zakupu udziału w warsztatach organizowanych przez Padma Collective i ma zastosowanie do wszystkich rezerwacji dokonywanych za pośrednictwem strony internetowej. Szczegółowe warunki płatności, w tym zasady zadatku, harmonogram rat oraz konsekwencje niespłacenia, określone są w Regulaminie sprzedaży i uczestnictwa w wydarzeniach (punkt 5 i 7).

Charakter usługi

Zakup biletu oznacza rezerwację miejsca na warsztacie o konkretnie określonym terminie, liczbie miejsc oraz programie. Liczba miejsc na wydarzenia jest ograniczona.

Prawo odstąpienia od umowy

Zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 12 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, prawo odstąpienia od umowy nie przysługuje, jeżeli umowa dotyczy usług związanych z wydarzeniami kulturalnymi, edukacyjnymi lub rekreacyjnymi, jeżeli w umowie oznaczono dzień lub okres świadczenia usługi.

W związku z powyższym, po dokonaniu zakupu i opłaceniu rezerwacji w całości lub wpłacie zadatku, zwrot środków nie jest możliwy, chyba że Organizator postanowi inaczej w indywidualnych, uzasadnionych przypadkach.

Rezygnacja z udziału

Jeśli Uczestnik nie może wziąć udziału w warsztacie:

  • rezerwacja nie podlega automatycznemu zwrotowi, a wpłacony zadatek przepada na rzecz Organizatora (zgodnie z art. 394 KC),
  • możliwe jest przeniesienie miejsca na inną osobę, po wcześniejszym kontakcie z Organizatorem i uzyskaniu potwierdzenia,
  • w szczególnych przypadkach Organizator może zaproponować inne rozwiązanie (np. voucher lub udział w innym wydarzeniu), jednak nie jest to gwarantowane.

Odwołanie lub zmiana terminu przez Organizatora

W przypadku odwołania warsztatu lub istotnej zmiany terminu z przyczyn leżących po stronie Organizatora, Uczestnikowi przysługuje:

  • zwrot pełnej kwoty wpłaconej za udział w warsztacie,
  • zwrot zadatku w wysokości podwójnej (zgodnie z art. 394 KC),
    lub
  • możliwość przeniesienia rezerwacji na inny termin lub wydarzenie.

Niespłacenie raty

Jeśli Uczestnik nie opłaci wymaganej raty w terminie określonym w harmonogramie:

  • zadatek przepada,
  • Uczestnik traci prawo do uczestnictwa w warsztacie i dostępu do materiałów (jeśli dotyczy).

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – PADMA COLLECTIVE

This policy applies to the purchase of participation in workshops organized by Padma Collective and applies to all reservations made through the website. Detailed payment conditions, including deposit rules, payment schedule, and consequences of non-payment, are specified in the Terms of Sale and Event Participation (sections 5 and 7).

Character of Service

The purchase of a ticket constitutes a reservation of a place at a workshop with a specific date, limited number of places, and program. The number of places at events is limited.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply if the contract concerns services related to cultural, educational, or recreational events, provided the contract specifies the day or period of service provision. Accordingly, after making a purchase and paying the reservation in full or paying the deposit, a refund is not possible unless the Organizer decides otherwise in individual, justified cases.

Cancellation by the Participant

If a Participant is unable to attend the workshop:

  • the reservation is not subject to automatic refund, and the paid deposit is forfeited in favor of the Organizer (in accordance with Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code),
  • it is possible to transfer the place to another person upon prior contact with and approval by the Organizer and obtaining confirmation,
  • in special cases, the Organizer may propose an alternative solution (e.g., voucher or participation in another event), however, this is not guaranteed.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer

In the event a workshop is cancelled or the date is substantially changed due to reasons attributable to the Organizer, the Participant is entitled to:

  • a full refund of the amount paid for participation in the workshop,
  • a refund of the deposit in double amount (in accordance with Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code), or
  • transfer of the reservation to another workshop or event.

Non-payment of an Installment

If the Participant fails to pay a required installment by the deadline specified in the payment schedule:

  • *the deposit is forfeited,
  • the Participant loses the right to participate in the workshop and access to course materials (if applicable).
